A hillside location offers charming views of the valley and surrounding countryside. The private pool and terrace offer unique panoramic views and provide the perfect venue for a relaxing break. With charming ilumination at night around the area this vicinity is ideal for romantic evenings or cocktail partys.

The villa is suited for families as the garden is fenced to protect children although the pool is open where supervision is required. The building is constructed on one level to suit all age groups. All rooms consist of electric fans.

The bar area and the BBQ is a setting for any occasion. As for breakfast times the covered terrace is unbeatable for views and watching the sun come up over Sierra Tejeda mountain range.

Things to do...

Shopping

A 25 minute drive from the Villa will take you down the mountains and to a close by town called Torre Del Mar. This is a popular beach destination but is also home to one of the biggest shopping malls in the south of Spain.

Whether it's clothes, sportswear, watches, jewellery this is the place to go. The town of Comares is just 10 minutes from the Villa, here you can find two convenience stores for any essentials.

Leisure

Andalucia is an ideal region for walking, riding, playing golf (there are 84 courses here!) and mountain biking, owing to the near 300 days of sunshine a year, a mild climate, together with extensive natural environments.

Andalucia has some of the best venues in the world for a range of sports, which should satisfy the desire for modest thrills and adventure inherent in most of us. Within a relatively small area, the region has the sea, mountains, undulating countryside, forests, wide open spaces, lakes and rivers, major cities and tiny hamlets.

Local Towns and Restaurants

Just a ten minute drive from the Villa is a local town called Comares. There you will find typically cultured spanish Restaurants. A popular spot is Table Mountain in Los Ventoros, again just a 10 minute drive from the Villa. There are country restaurants, often in the middle of nowhere, serving good quality food at very reasonable prices. The region is famous for its fresh fish along the coast and its pork inland and although paella originated in Valencia, Andalucia is also famed for it. Andalucian hams or Serrano hams are world famous!

Local Beaches

Beaches are no further than 30 minutes drive, taking you directly to the coast where choice of beaches and sun shades is vast. Sunbathing is sometimes possible in the winter months as well. On one of the frequent blue sky and non-windy days it will be warm enough to sunbathe and you will have the beach to yourself.

There are no private beaches in Spain, you have the right to walk the entire coastline. Popular bathing beaches with showers and beach bars are typical of the Costa del Sol. Hidden coves reached by paths or tracks down from the cliffs, excellent for snorkeling and diving, typical of the Costa Tropical. Open beaches and hidden coves, some of the quietest around are typical of the Costa de Almeria.
